I was scammed by Wu-Yi source

Page 1 of 2 I just went to look at my account balances online, and found a charge to www.LIVELIFELEAN.net was pending. I had not heard of that website so I went to my address bar and typed it in and hit enter. It came up as 'not able to view content', so I went to www.Wu-Yi.com to try to see if I could cancel my Wu-Yi source account online. When the page came up it had a warning about Wu-Yi source being a scam, and it described exactly what they did to me. I tried to call the number that was on my account summary for Wu-Yi source, but sat on hold for ten minutes without my call being answered, so I finally hung up. I called living lean and told the lady that answered that I wanted to cancel my membership with them because I did not have the money for it, but she said I could not cancel it for the month of July because they had already charged my account. When I told her I did not have the money for it and that I wanted to cancel it now while it was still pending she again said that she could not, but that she would cancel it for August, so I am paying for a month of service they are not going to allow me to use.

I can't believe you people. There is NO such thing as a 'free' trial. READ the terms of service agreement!!!!! You said yes to it when you gave them your account info! If they really were stealing, the wouldn't be open! Why would something that is free, need an account number? Further more, why would any company send out products for free hoping you idiots like it and ask them for more, and then charge you? As I said, read the policy. It's a contract. That's why they CAN charge you.

You guys all are saying the merchant stole form you. But, you willingly gave them your account information to get a 'free' product. Children, nothing is free. READ the agreement when you are ordering anything. The agreement states you will be billed after a 'trial' period and you will be signed up for livelifelean. It's all there. Ignorance is not an excuse. it is your responsibilty to read what you are accepting, if you don't it's your own stupid fault.

I ordered the Wu-Yi Souce Tea and was charged $82.96 in March 16,
2008. And ever month after that. I'm
getting charged $19.95 for 4 months
so far. They will not cancel my order.
But it took me a few months on my
credit card to realize it. All I know its
a scam. The tea does not work.

Everyone should go to BBB.org and put a complaint on this company. I already did.
